Van Checkout & Field Trip Request

In order to drive the corporation vans, a driver’s license and proof of insurance must be on record with the transportation office. This must be done at least 3 days before reserving. Below are instructional videos on how to check out the vans.

Translation Request Form

Spanish Translation:
Expected Turn-Around Time: 1-3 business days up to 3 pages. For larger documents, the translator will communicate the time frame.
Accepted file formats: Word, Google Docs, Forms, PowerPoint, Slides, and txt.
Formats not accepted: PDF, Image files, Publisher

Russian and Ukrainian Translation:
Expected Turn-Around Time: The Translator will communicate the time frame.
Accepted file formats: Word, Google Docs, Forms, PowerPoint, Slides, and txt.
Formats not accepted: PDF, Image files, Publisher
