To celebrate Karneval (the German version of Mardi Gras), German Club students stayed after school on Monday to cook a traditional German meal, and then other students came and enjoyed the meal and decorated masks. Students learned how to make Wienerschnitzel and Schwarzwälderkirschtorte (Black Forest Cherry Cake) and it was served with Nudeln and Sauerkraut.

For their annual monthly meetings, the GHS German and French clubs got together during SRT today to play a couple of friendly games of dodge ball. Thank you to the 50+ students who attended, and the PE department for the use of dodge balls!
