Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of GCS School Building Corp. One (the “Building Corporation”) shall convene on October 9, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., at the Goshen Community Schools Administration Center, 613 E. Purl Street, Goshen, Indiana, to consider the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and Goshen Community Schools, including the plans and estimates referred to therein, and made a part thereof, and to consider any other business which may properly come before the meeting.
