NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of GCS School Bldg. Corp. One (the “Building Corporation”) shall convene on November 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Administration Center of Goshen Community Schools, 613 East Purl Street, Goshen, Indiana to consider the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of the Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2023 (or such other name or series designation as determined by Goshen Community Schools’ municipal advisor) by the Building Corporation.
