Chamberlain

iPad pickup for all Chamberlain and students attending ROA that are assigned to Chamberlain per the letter you received.

Monday from 2 pm – 6 pm

Grade K-2  – blue car line (along Middlebury st)

Grades 3-5 – red car line (along Cresent St)

We will utilize multiple entrances and limit the number of people in the building at one time; we will allow 1 adult per student, fully masked.
Both ROA and Non-ROA students can pick up their items during that time.

Chandler

If you have more than one child at Chandler, choose a one-time slot. Only 1 parent and child(ren) attending. Please do not bring siblings who are not attending Chandler.

Come to the Cottage Avenue side of the building. Weather permitting, we will set up on the blacktop. Otherwise, one grade will be in the cafeteria, and one in the gym. You will enter from Cottage Avenue directly into both spaces.

Model

Monday, August 10 from 10-12 pm and 5-7 pm

Grades K-1 in front-drive of Model
Grades 2-3 at cafe entrance (south lot)
Grades 4-5 at Goshen Christian Church on the south side of the school.

Parents will remain in vehicles and should please wear a mask.
Teachers will be scheduling 1:1 meetings with parents at pick up.

iPad pickup will be on Monday, August 10th.

Prairie View

Prairie View students and students attending ROA that are assigned to Prairie View per the letter you received.

Prairie View’s Open House/Device Pick-Up has been rescheduled for Monday, August 10.   Students will get the supplies they need to begin eLearning.  More information will be provided on Monday.  Please bring a backpack for your things.

GMS

GMS is hosting a 6th Grade Orientation on Monday, August 10th.

Come any time between 1:00- and 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Students may come in to pick up computers, meet teachers, and get directions for accessing Canvas courses.  Please bring only 1 adult family member per student, to limit the number of people in the building.
